TickPick is hiring a Ticket Fulfillment Specialist to handle and oversee ticket sales fulfillment, including cancellations, replacements, refunds, retransfers, unconfirmed orders, buyer and seller communication, transfer-platform coordination, dispute resolution, and low-performing seller identification. The role is full-time, requires weekend and night work, and is based in New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, or Oregon. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least one year of operational experience and proficiency with ticketing software, G-Suite, and Google Sheets or Excel. Compensation is $45,000–$52,000 annually in the New York City area, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, paid time off, family leave, training, and a monthly live-event stipend.
