Daytona International Speedway is seeking Ticket Operations Associates to assist with ticket sales and customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with tour sales, practicing needs-based selling, learning about new events and promotions, creating and processing tickets using ticket software, operating various office machines, and supporting offsite ticket sales. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, previous cash and credit card handling experience, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
