Description
The Ticket Operations Associate supports Tepper Sports & Entertainment’s event-day ticket office at Bank of America Stadium. Responsibilities include assisting ticket takers at the gates, managing Will Call, answering phones, using TicketMaster to sell single-game tickets, providing customer service, and running errands throughout the stadium. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and all events, along with extended standing, walking, computer work, and lifting at least 30 pounds.
