Sunshine Village is hiring Ticket Windows Agents to support guest services and ticket sales at its base area. The role involves selling tickets and passes, resolving guest issues, handling cash, completing daily cash-outs, administering liability waivers, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates should have guest service and cash-handling experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, and availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and peak-season work. The position is primarily indoor with occasional outdoor travel in a remote alpine environment and requires 25 or more hours per week during peak periods.
