The Ticketing and Reservation Officer (Amadeus user) handles daily travel arrangements for individual, corporate, and governmental clients. The role issues, reissues, and cancels flight tickets; manages BSP remittance and reporting; creates PNRs, fare quotes, and itineraries; responds to booking requests; prepares invoices and records; and coordinates with airlines and partners. The position requires Amadeus GDS experience, BSP operations capability, attention to detail, and customer service skills, and is based in Abuja with a monthly salary of 356,000 and HMO and pension benefits.
