Victory Live is hiring a full-time, mid-level Ticketing Operations Supervisor (also described as Fulfillment Operations Supervisor) in its Buckhead Atlanta office. The role supervises ticket fulfillment and supply-chain logistics across 14+ marketplaces, monitors and manually processes orders, manages inventory and distribution pipelines, escalates complex issues, coaches fulfillment specialists, improves workflows, coordinates with technology partners, and oversees operations, inventory, and point-of-sale systems. The position requires strong organization, communication, judgment, discretion, problem-solving, time management, and flexibility for mission-critical evening, weekend, and holiday work; ticketing-market knowledge and leadership or training experience are preferred.
