AXS is hiring a Ticketing Supervisor to configure events and promotions in the AXS ticketing system, operate on-site ticketing and box office services for City of Denver-owned venues, support promoters and event organizers, resolve complex ticketing issues, supervise and schedule staff, and drive business initiatives such as resale and AXS Premium. The role requires at least two years of live event ticketing and event programming experience, strong customer service and digital literacy, and a BA/BS degree in business or a related field. The position pays $57,000-$65,000, includes a bonus, and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
