itD is hiring a full-time Community Operations Moderator to work on-site in Hyderabad, India. The role monitors online community conversations, applies moderation policies, resolves and escalates issues, documents decisions, and collaborates with a distributed team. Candidates need professional experience in community moderation, trust and safety, content review, or a related function; fluent English; strong contextual understanding of online conversations; and the ability to work independently and on the required staggered schedule. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required, while experience with global communities, case-management systems, and evolving moderation procedures is preferred.
