MainSpring, Inc. is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Tier 2 Field Engineer - MSP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive network and infrastructure administration analysis and support for various clients across the DC-MD-VA metro area. They will troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, assisting project engineers during new client onboardings. This role requires strong technical skills in Microsoft Server 2016+, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and familiarity with virtual environments like AWS, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V.
