Description
The Baptist Health Seasonal Nursing Pool is hiring a Registered Nurse to float among hospital areas as needed. The role requires at least two years of experience, Florida licensure, and BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification where applicable. Candidates may commit to a 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week contract and must work three 12-hour shifts per week plus every other weekend for 36 hours per week. Seasonal pool employees do not accrue paid time off, are not eligible for certain benefits, shift differentials, or bonuses, and are not permitted to request time off during the agreement period.
