WEBIT Services is hiring a full-time, salaried Tier 3 Field Services Engineer to provide advanced IT support, troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, and perform onsite configuration, deployment, and maintenance of client infrastructure. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or at least three years of Tier 3 support experience, expertise in Microsoft AD, O365, Azure/InTune, virtualization, networking, and related technologies, and the ability to consult with clients, document work, manage escalations, and train junior engineers.
