Airobotics is hiring a Tier 3 Integration & Support Engineer for its Operations department to serve as the highest escalation point for complex autonomous drone, software, hardware, networking, and integration issues. The role involves root-cause analysis, incident recovery, system integration and deployment, operational troubleshooting, performance monitoring, documentation, automation, and collaboration with R&D, Product, and field teams. Candidates should have Tier 3 support, system integration, technical operations, or similar experience, along with strong troubleshooting, networking, Linux, API, and operational-data skills; drone, robotics, defense, or autonomous-systems experience is advantageous.
