Percepta is hiring a full-time Volvo Tier 1 Frontline Support Representative to work onsite in Mahwah, New Jersey. The role coordinates towing and roadside assistance, handles inbound and outbound customer communications, resolves vehicle-related issues, documents interactions, and escalates complex matters. A high school diploma is required, while call center experience, roadside dispatching, and emergency response experience are preferred.
