Description
The Welder will perform precision welding operations using manual TIG, CNC TIG, and Electron Beam equipment, prepare and finish weld joints, inspect equipment, complete production documentation, maintain quality and safety standards, and support Lean initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, WD-001 certification or the ability to obtain it, blueprint-reading ability, English fluency, knowledge of welding processes, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and reliable attendance.
