Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC is hiring a TIG Welder to fabricate and repair gas turbine, sheet metal, casting, and combustion components. The role includes TIG welding, job setup, equipment maintenance, weld inspection, blueprint and specification compliance, and customer-site repair work, with the ability to lead other diaphragm welders. Candidates need welding training or 3–5 years of TIG welding experience, familiarity with power-generation equipment, NDE techniques, precision measuring, and the ability to work extended shifts and mandatory overtime. The salary is $20.00–$27.00 DOE.
