Description
Steico Industries is hiring a TIG Welder for an AM shift running Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role prepares, tacks, and welds aerospace-grade tube-sheet and plate assemblies from thin-wall materials including aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium, using weld jigs, fixtures, blueprints, torch tips, filler rods, and WPS requirements. The welder must assess weld quality, measure and align workpieces, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and follow customer specifications. The position pays $25.00–$30.00 per hour depending on experience and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of TIG welding experience in manufacturing or production, and proficiency with thin-wall materials.
