Description
S&C Electric Company is hiring a Welder-Basic for a Monday–Friday 4:00pm–12:30am second shift, with overtime during the week and every other Saturday from 1:00pm–6:00pm. The role performs manual and semi-automatic welding to assemble, fabricate, repair, inspect, and deburr metal structures and parts, while maintaining equipment, meeting quality and safety standards, and supporting production goals. Applicants need a high school diploma or recognized welding apprenticeship, 1–2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or related environment, or completion of a recognized welding apprenticeship program, along with welding, metallurgy, blueprint-reading, safety, and equipment-maintenance knowledge.
