The Program Manager oversees a 24/7 residential program for residents and staff, ensuring compliance with Rising Ground, DYCD, OCFS, FDNY, and other regulatory requirements. The role manages fiscal and program operations, supervises Group Leaders and Youth Counselors, supports case-management outcomes, handles performance and disciplinary matters, maintains incident reporting, and responds to communications. It requires a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, at least three years of experience with homeless or special-needs populations, three years in a managerial position, and staff-training experience.
