Description
The Social Worker will support the Runaway and Homeless youth programs by conducting intakes, mental health assessments, screenings, Individual Service Plans, case management, and therapeutic services. Responsibilities include counseling, documentation, housing applications, referrals, data entry, service tracking, outreach, and participation in program meetings and workshops. The role requires an MSW degree, with LMSW or LCSW licensing preferred, and is scheduled for 40 hours weekly.
