Rising Ground is hiring a Residential Program Specialist to supervise and support residential youth in Transitional Independent Living or Homeless Young Adult programs. The role provides primary supervision, maintains safe and orderly facilities, responds to emergencies, performs intakes and rounds, maintains records, supports meal and communal-area duties, and provides front-desk and reception services. It requires a high school diploma or GED, computer and communication skills, flexibility for all shifts including at least one weekend day, and the ability to pass the physical portion of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. A bachelor’s degree and bilingual ability are preferred.
