Description
The Timber Frame General Operative supports the safe and efficient operation of a timber frame production line by carrying out production tasks, handling timber panels, gables and trusses, using tools and machinery, maintaining housekeeping and quality standards, and contributing to productivity and continuous improvement. The role reports to a Shift Supervisor or Team Lead, requires teamwork and safety awareness, and provides full training; prior timber frame or woodworking experience is desirable but not essential.
