Timber Processing Manager at Fletcher Building

Fletcher Building is hiring a permanent, full-time Timber Processing Manager for its Waipapa Pine site in Northland. The role leads operational performance across the dry mill, kilns, pellet plant, and finished goods; manages a team of 26 through supervisors; supports frontline leaders; and drives safety, production, quality, people outcomes, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have proven leadership experience in timber processing, sawmilling, or similar manufacturing, ideally at least five years in a leadership capacity, along with experience overseeing multiple operational areas and knowledge of production flow, plant utilisation, quality, downtime, and timber drying processes.
