Description
The role leads technical development and optimization projects for timber construction, including baseline structural concepts, structural detailing, building-class 1–4 design, BIM and CAD work, building-authority approvals, and coordination of B2B planning documents. It also provides professional and disciplinary leadership for Product Development and Sustainability teams and requires a relevant engineering degree, several years of project and personnel leadership experience, and strong knowledge of timber construction, building services, BIM, CAD, and MS Office.
