Time, Absence & Payroll IT Solution Analyst at Applied Materials

Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Time, Attendance, Absence & Payroll Functional Analyst in Bangalore to support the design, configuration, implementation, testing, integration, and operational support of enterprise workforce management and payroll solutions. The role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver compliant and scalable solutions, with responsibilities spanning time tracking, absence management, scheduling, payroll, reporting, data conversion, defect management, and UAT. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on experience in Time Tracking and/or Absence Management, two full lifecycle implementations, Workday API/web services experience, and familiarity with payroll concepts and structured project methodologies.
