Description
The Laboratory Assistant supports scientists by preparing buffers, media, reagents, and standard solutions; maintaining glassware, equipment, and laboratory records; managing samples and inventory; and assisting with analytical testing, quality control, drug loading, stability, and study execution. The role reports to the Quality Control Scientist and R&D Scientist and progresses from non-regulated support toward broader responsibility as the employee completes training and qualification. Applicants need at least a semester of wet-lab experience, exposure to aseptic or sterile technique and cell culture, and strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and safety.
