Infinite Legacy is hiring a Tissue Clinical Field Trainer to lead hands-on clinical training, competency validation, performance evaluation, and ongoing skills development for Tissue Recovery team members. The role develops training curricula, facilitates simulation and debriefing, monitors training retention, supports remediation and process improvement, and serves as a clinical subject-matter expert. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three years of clinical experience, two years of formal preceptorship or competency-validation experience, and travel to regional offices, donor hospitals, and Medical Examiner offices.
