Ontario Health is hiring a casual permanent Tissue Recovery Coordinator in the Sudbury region to perform surgical recovery of human eye tissue from deceased donors, with occasional recovery of heart valves, skin, and musculoskeletal tissues. The role coordinates donor suitability assessment, tissue screening, blood collection, packaging, transportation, documentation, equipment preparation, quality control, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and TGLN resources. It requires a health sciences-related degree or diploma, preferably four years of relevant healthcare-environment experience, a restricted-free Ontario Class G licence and reliable vehicle, availability for rotating 12-hour day/night/weekend on-call shifts, travel, lifting, aseptic technique, communication, confidentiality, teamwork, fine motor skills, and surgical judgment.
