New England Donor Services is hiring a full-time Tissue Recovery Specialist to work in a surgical setting and remove bones, skin, veins, corneas, heart valves, and other tissues from deceased donors. The role is based in Vernon, Connecticut, with travel throughout New England, an on-call schedule of seven shifts per 14-day period, and orientation travel to Waltham, Massachusetts. Candidates need an associate degree or at least two years of professional experience, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods, and intermediate medical terminology knowledge.
