Description
The Titans After School Program Instructor works with up to 25 third- through eighth-grade students, providing supervision, tutoring, homework assistance, educational enrichment, curriculum implementation, attendance tracking, and a safe, positive learning environment. The role requires Monday through Friday availability from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Thursday early release from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and may include additional duties as assigned. The position is funded through a grant or contract and employment beyond the current funding period is contingent on continued funding. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate classroom management, communication, organization, teamwork, and Microsoft Office and Google Drive proficiency.
