CACI is hiring a Title Analyst for a long-standing Department of Justice contract supporting Fifth Amendment takings cases, including Rails-to-Trails, flood, and fire matters. The role focuses on comprehensive real property research, reviewing historical and modern deeds and property records, summarizing findings, identifying gaps and inconsistencies in title evidence, and preparing litigation support materials such as spreadsheets, document exhibits, and written explanations for federal trial attorneys. The position requires substantial experience with real estate and property tax records, litigation support, legal research tools, and strong organization and communication skills; travel within the continental United States and occasional trips to NARA in College Park, Maryland, may be required.
