Description
WFG National Title Insurance Company is hiring a Title Examiner to search and examine New Mexico real estate title records, assess ownership and encumbrances, verify legal descriptions, clear title requirements, and prepare title commitments, property reports, and related title products for residential transactions. The role requires New Mexico title experience, knowledge of real estate law and title insurance practices, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with office and title production software. It is primarily a full-time Monday-Friday office role, though part-time and potentially remote arrangements may be considered for candidates with New Mexico title experience.
