Landtrust Title Services is seeking a Title Officer to verify title commitment requirements, examine chains of title, identify and resolve defects or encumbrances, and ensure clear, compliant, and timely real estate closings in Illinois. The role requires at least five years of title examination or related title insurance experience, knowledge of Illinois real estate law and title regulations, familiarity with ALTA and ILTA guidelines, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in a paperless work environment. The position offers $55,000–$65,000 annually plus medical, dental, 401(k) match, paid time off, and volunteer time off.
