Description
The Title Specialist secures and processes documents required to transfer vehicle title ownership, including insurance and remarketing applications, salvage titles, and state-to-state transfers. The role handles customer communications, resolves title discrepancies, enters title information into the IAA operating system, maintains customer databases, and provides customer support through mail, email, telephone, and direct contact. It requires 1–2 years of state or national title-processing experience, knowledge of title and salvage-title requirements, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
