Community Servings is hiring a Program Manager to lead its Teaching Kitchen workforce development program. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the role manages program operations, staff, participant outcomes, community partnerships, compliance, budgets, grants, and related social enterprise activities. The position requires leadership and staff management experience, experience working with individuals facing employment barriers, program or grant management experience, and at least three to five years of relevant experience plus two years of supervisory or program leadership experience. The role is primarily office-based with regular interaction in classroom, training, kitchen, and community settings, occasional travel, and access to medical, dental, life, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
