The role coordinates technical teams, manages project scope, risks, SLAs, stakeholder communication, and delivery quality, while supporting early design and mentoring team members. It requires expertise in Angular, SCSS, RxJS, RabbitMQ, Redis, microservices, data processing, programming, access management, cloud and on-premise architectures, and international telecommunications delivery.
