Description
The Industrial Engineering Manager leads LEONI’s Industrial Engineering organization at the plant level, supervising direct reports and managing production-process improvement activities such as time analysis, line balancing, standard and governance adherence, and process execution. The role also covers team planning, performance improvement, coaching, change management, and succession planning. It requires an engineer or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant experience, and English and French language skills.
