Description
The Quality Project Manager will manage and supervise LEONI’s Quality Project organizational unit, oversee quality standards, governance, process execution, and continuous improvement, and lead direct reports. The role includes planning team activities, defining objectives and responsibilities, monitoring performance, supporting professional development, and improving team performance and organizational flexibility. The position requires an engineering or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, four years of automotive-industry experience, French and English proficiency, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and continuous improvement.
