LEONI is hiring a Test Technology Manager to manage and supervise its Test Technology organization, improve service delivery, ensure standards and governance, execute processes, and lead direct reports. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field, 3–5 years of experience in test technology, industrial testing, manufacturing, or the automotive industry, team leadership experience, and strong knowledge of test equipment, testing processes, and production test systems.
