Description
The role is responsible for planning, testing, and calibrating vehicle thermal management systems, including battery thermal management, HVAC/heat pumps, and powertrain cooling. Responsibilities cover defining performance targets and operating conditions, developing system matching strategies, planning vehicle-level validation, defining integration roadmaps and architectures, performing simulation and performance matching, and addressing technical risks and trade-offs. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of new-energy vehicle thermal management calibration experience, familiarity with heat-pump applications and TMS components, knowledge of TMS software architecture and control algorithms, proficiency with INCA, CANape, and MATLAB, fluent English, and the ability to conduct high-altitude, high-temperature, and high-humidity calibration and road testing.
