Description
Bosch is hiring a Vehicle Thermal Management Engineer to define, simulate, test, calibrate, and introduce vehicle thermal management systems, including battery thermal management, HVAC/heat pumps, and powertrain cooling. The role covers architecture and component selection, 1D and Simulink co-simulation, bench and vehicle testing, control strategy development, HIL/MIL/SIL verification, supplier evaluation, vehicle integration, regulatory compliance, documentation, and risk management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of new-energy vehicle thermal system development experience, knowledge of heat-pump applications and TMS components, familiarity with thermal simulation and control software, and fluent English.
