Woodstream is hiring an Assemble Operator for the first shift in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role performs part assembly, equipment operation, setups and changeovers, quality inspection, testing, packaging, and palletizing in a manufacturing environment. The operator must maintain safety, quality, and throughput standards, support continuous operations, participate in cross-training and problem-solving, and follow safety and data-keeping procedures. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic mathematical, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude skills.
