Forvia, a leader in sustainable mobility technology, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join their Talent & Organization Development (TOD) team within the R&D & Product Lines function. The successful candidate will contribute to various talent processes, including performance management, talent and expertise management, learning & development, and employee experience. Key responsibilities involve driving the definition and rollout of a training plan focused on soft skills in Europe, managing the global VIE community with emphasis on talent acquisition and onboarding, and building an HR communication plan.
