TwelveLabs is hiring a Token Engineer to design and operate a unified AI token-management and optimization platform. The role builds instrumentation pipelines, dashboards, anomaly detection, an AI gateway and control plane, usage policies, observability, secure AWS and Kubernetes services, routing, and self-service tools. It requires 5+ years of infrastructure, platform, backend, or engineering experience, along with AWS, Kubernetes, Python or Go, observability, API gateway, authentication, authorization, and large-scale event-processing expertise.
