Description
The Level 1 Toll Operations Specialist manages traffic and customer service at assigned toll plazas, oversees plaza operations and administrative tasks, monitors transactions and payment types, coordinates with TMC and field teams, and maintains safety and vehicle conditions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
