Precision Resource is hiring Tool & Die technicians for its Vernon Hills, Illinois manufacturing division. The role maintains and repairs production tooling for large conventional presses and other machines, manufactures spare components, performs die maintenance, records maintenance activities, develops preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and reviews inspection records. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of Tool & Die apprenticeship or schooling or equivalent work experience, knowledge of tool and die manufacturing methods, ability to operate manual and CNC machine tools, and strong attention to detail. The position offers a 4-day work week, voluntary overtime, paid training, tuition reimbursement, and base pay of $26–$35 per hour plus bonus potential.
