Bocar US is hiring a Tooling Engineer to support strategic planning for high-pressure die-casting tooling, manage engineering changes, optimize tool performance, lead scrap, OEE, and productivity improvement projects, maintain tooling documentation, and drive process-cost-reduction initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of HPDC automotive design experience, two years of CNC programming experience, and three or more years of CAM software experience, with CAD, Hypermill, simulation, and English proficiency also required or advantageous.
