Description
Generac is hiring a Tool & Die Maker for its Beaver Dam facility to support alternator production through proprietary tooling, machine troubleshooting, precision machining, component fabrication, and continuous improvement. The role requires independent diagnosis and redesign of complex equipment, advanced blueprint and GD&T skills, and at least five years of toolroom or precision machining experience. The position operates on the first shift from Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and includes physical work around machining equipment, rotating machinery, oils, coolants, and metal chips.
