Kapco Metal Stamping is hiring a Tool & Die Maker for its first-shift operation at the Osceola, Wisconsin facility. The role involves developing and building dies, jigs, fixtures, molds, and prototypes; repairing existing tooling; calculating dimensions and tolerances; operating lathes, grinders, milling, and boring machines; maintaining and repairing tooling; verifying quality and print specifications; and ordering supplies. Applicants need a two-year trade school program or equivalent and three to five years of experience building new metal stamping and progressive dies.
