Reich Tool & Design is hiring a full-time Tool & Die Maker in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, for an 8-hour first-shift, Monday-through-Friday position with possible overtime. The role coordinates toolroom projects, builds and repairs metal stamping dies, prototypes, jigs, and fixtures, runs toolroom machines, performs die tryout and debugging, supports quality and lean manufacturing, and leads support personnel. Applicants need a high school education or GED, metallurgy, GD & T, metrology, blueprint-reading, CAD/CAM, and Microsoft skills, plus at least five years of apprenticeship and practical experience; U.S. citizenship is required.
