Description
Nesco Resource is hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker for an approximately 80% tooling role focused on building, repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, reverse-engineering, and completing complex tooling and die-ring projects. The position works Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offers a four-day workweek, pays $31–$38 per hour, and includes benefits, paid time off, and annual profit sharing. Candidates should have strong blueprint-reading, machine-setup, grinding, tooling-repair, troubleshooting, and complex-tooling experience; CNC programming is not required and can be trained.
